Payment terms: 50% at date of acceptance of our quotation and 50% on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY - the rates below apply for the cancellation of tours and /or accommodation:
3 to 5 days prior to tour date - 30% payable
2 days prior to tour date - 50% payable
1 day prior to tour date - 75%
On the day of the tour - 100%

EXCEPT for bank holidays and Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday reservations when the following charges apply:
5 days prior to the tour ? 50%
4 days prior to the tour ? 75%
3 days or less - 100%

CHILD POLICY - On all tours for children aged 4 and under there is no charge.

For accommodation the following scale of charges apply for children sharing a room with an adult:
INFANT 0-2 years - no charge
CHILD 3-11 years - ｣10
ADULT >11 years - ｣35

Payment by credit card if advance booking, or cash or travellers cheque if booked locally.
